As all our products are made to order, we do not offer returns/refunds for change of mind, wrong size choice, or design changes after approval. Once a tech sheet is approved, those details are final.

This doesn't affect your rights under consumer law - if there's a fault or the product isn't as agreed, we will take care of it in line with ACL.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-4 weeks from tech sheet approval. Express shipping options are available.

Yes, we ship to any address within Australia. Some regional addresses may take slightly longer to arrive.

Tracking is generally not provided. To get an update on your order, you can contact us via our online form or email us directly at orders@thejerseyjoint.com.au

Most of our core range does not have an MOQ. The exception to this are things like socks, hoodies and medallions.

Our tech sheets are sent to all customers for approval prior to beginning production. This allows customers to double check that all sizing, design details, player details and mockup are correct. Once approved, your order will go into production, so please check this carefully.
